Viewing Usage

Go to Settings > Organization > Billing to see your current usage for the billing period.

Overages

Overage Pricing

Preventing Overages

  1. Monitor usage - Check the billing dashboard regularly
  2. Optimize schedules - Reduce frequency for non-critical monitors
  3. Upgrade proactively - Upgrade before hitting limits

Managing Your Plan

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select new plan
  4. Complete checkout via Polar

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select lower plan

Downgrades take effect at end of billing period.

Canceling

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Cancel via the Polar portal

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Can reactivate anytime

Payment

Payments are processed through Polar. When you upgrade, you'll be redirected to Polar's secure checkout. To manage your payment method or view invoices, use the Manage Subscription button on the billing page.

When am I charged?

Monthly, on your subscription start date.

Do unused runs roll over?

No, unused browser/API runs don't roll over to the next month.

What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?

You'll see a warning on the dashboard. Creating new monitors may be blocked until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
