Go to Settings > Billing > Usage:

Usage Alerts

Set up alerts when approaching limits:

Overages

How Overages Work

When you exceed your plan limits:

  1. Grace period - We don't immediately cut off service
  2. Notification - You receive usage alerts
  3. Overage charges - Applied at end of billing period

Preventing Overages

  1. Monitor usage - Check usage dashboard regularly
  2. Set alerts - Get notified at 80% and 90%
  3. Optimize schedules - Reduce frequency for non-critical monitors
  4. Upgrade proactively - Upgrade before hitting limits

Managing Your Plan

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately:

  • New limits applied instantly
  • Prorated charge for remainder of billing period

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Review impact
  5. Confirm downgrade

Downgrades take effect at end of billing period:

  • Current plan active until period ends
  • May need to reduce monitors to fit new limits

Canceling

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Review what happens
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime

Updating Payment

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save

Annual Billing

Save with annual billing:

  • Starter: $290/year (2 months free)
  • Team: $790/year (2 months free)

Switch to annual:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Switch to Annual
  3. Pay prorated amount

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices
  2. View all past invoices
  3. Download as PDF

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Plan charges
  • Overage charges
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Payment method used

Tax Information

Add tax ID for invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Tax Info
  2. Enter VAT/Tax ID
  3. Update billing address

When am I charged?

  • Monthly: On your signup anniversary date
  • Annual: On your signup anniversary date

What happens if payment fails?

  1. We retry the payment 3 times
  2. You receive email notifications
  3. After 7 days, service may be paused
  4. Update payment method to resume

Can I get a refund?

  • Monthly plans: No refunds, cancel anytime
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund within 30 days
  • Contact support for special circumstances

Do unused runs roll over?

No, unused browser/API runs don't roll over to the next month.

How do I request an invoice?

Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. Download from Settings > Billing > Invoices.
