Usage Tracking
What Counts as Usage

How Overages Work
When you exceed your plan limits:
- Grace period - We don't immediately cut off service
- Notification - You receive usage alerts
- Overage charges - Applied at end of billing period

Overages are charged at the end of the billing period. Upgrade your plan to avoid overage charges.
Preventing Overages
- Monitor usage - Check usage dashboard regularly
- Set alerts - Get notified at 80% and 90%
- Optimize schedules - Reduce frequency for non-critical monitors
- Upgrade proactively - Upgrade before hitting limits
Managing Your Plan
Upgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select new plan
- Confirm upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately:
- New limits applied instantly
- Prorated charge for remainder of billing period
Downgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower plan
- Review impact
- Confirm downgrade
Downgrades take effect at end of billing period:
- Current plan active until period ends
- May need to reduce monitors to fit new limits
Canceling
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Review what happens
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- Access continues until period ends
- Data retained for 30 days
- Can reactivate anytime

- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save
Annual Billing
Save with annual billing:
- Starter: $290/year (2 months free)
- Team: $790/year (2 months free)
Switch to annual:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Switch to Annual
- Pay prorated amount

- View all past invoices
- Download as PDF

Each invoice includes:
- Plan charges
- Overage charges
- Tax (if applicable)
- Payment method used
Tax Information
Add tax ID for invoices:
- Go to Settings > Billing > Tax Info
- Enter VAT/Tax ID
- Update billing address

When am I charged?
- Monthly: On your signup anniversary date
- Annual: On your signup anniversary date
What happens if payment fails?
- We retry the payment 3 times
- You receive email notifications
- After 7 days, service may be paused
- Update payment method to resume
Can I get a refund?
- Monthly plans: No refunds, cancel anytime
- Annual plans: Prorated refund within 30 days
- Contact support for special circumstances
Do unused runs roll over?
No, unused browser/API runs don't roll over to the next month.
How do I request an invoice?
Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. Download from Settings > Billing > Invoices.
